Sept 23, 1801, from Jonathan Cudd to James Cudd for 100 ac on branch of Buck Cr, was witnessed by Zacheriah Arrowood and James Smith. On Sept 5, 1805, Zacheriah Arrowood appeared to make oath to the recorder, Jno Rukman. An abstract from Book I, p.470-1

BIOGRAPHY: From the tree of Trudy Myrland <ablaze@eoni.com>: Jonathon Cudd came to S.C. from virginia about 1752 and settled on Fanning Creek. He bought part of Abel Kendrick's grant. His children are Jonathon Carter, John, and Zachariah that are in the 1790 census. He sold his land in 1797 and went to Kentucky.
