Kathy & Family,
You have our deepest sympathy and condolences. George was a dedicated family
man, along with being an ever caring husband. We spent many a day or evening
together, back in the early 70's working tact in the 18th District. George was
an exceptional police officer, and always a true professional. George will be
missed, but he will always maintain a vigilance over his family and friends.

I met George 40 yrs ago as a good friend of my Dad, Bill Kielczynski (a.k.a.
Kelly). So many times we would joke about the two of them being married, because
they were that close. I know my Dad and Mom are there to greet him and my ex-husband
Mike too. The last time I saw George was at Georgianna's wedding and we just
lost contact. I was drawn to the Sun-Times newspaper yesterday. I don't make
a habit of viewing the death notices, but was lead there and I couldn't believe
why....My deepest condolences to Kathy and Family...George will be remembered
in memories that we all share...

By an odd twist of fate I was led to contact him 4 years ago and I'm so thankful
that I followed my heart. I was incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to get
to know him and the rest of the family before his passing. My memories will be
cherished forever.
With a multitude of love,
